About Your Job:
You will carry out and certify the NDT inspection of aircraft, engines and their associated parts and components within the scope  of Authorisation Certificate held and completed in a time!y manner. You also responsible to the NDT inspections carried out and ensure that the company and regulatory requirements are met.
 Operational Accountabilities:
  • Exercising your authorization privileges in relation to the accomplishment of scheduled or unscheduled NDT inspection requirements.
  • Ensuring all NDT inspections carried out are in accordance with the relevant manual and instruction laid out in the latest revisions
  • Maintain NDT qualification valid and ensuring timely renewal of authorization prior to expiry
  • Ensure the completed inspection component are correctly handled, labelled and routed to stock with relevant documents in a timely manner
  • Ensure the highest standard of workmanship, quality and productivity are achieved within the NDT Workshop
  • Provide details guidance and information to Mechanic and trainee staff. Comply with the company Health and Safety Procedures.
About You:
To be selected for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, Holding NDT EN4179 or PCN (Aerospace) Level 2 qualification in the inspection method such as Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current, Ultrasonic preferably having either Thermography or Radiography method.
You must have valid and current company authorization Certificate for the inspection method.  You must have minimum  of 7 years related experience particular in NDT. You perform NDT inspection of Airbus or Boeing aircraft engines, parts or structures.
You must have thorough knowledge NDT fundamentals and related skills with ability to perform and supervise the tasks. You must have good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Trade related reinforcement technical trainings will be an added advantage.
